1.适用于要求高速加工且需要高精度送料的冲制品。
2.系适用于厚薄不同，送距长短不**，材料宽度变化大，使用范围广的送料装置。
3.不需要调整送料厚度，送距仅靠齿轮变换即可。
4.标准规格(或设计)说明：
  ·利用凸轮驱动的间歇送料方式。
  ·送距的变更是由2—4个齿轮的变换而成。
  ·仅下部滚轮驱动而上部滚轮则由弹簧压著。
  ·插入材料时，上下滚轮的放松则由空气阀的手动开关操作即可。
  ·润滑方式**分割器内凸轮部分为油槽式，而其他齿轮部分为浸油式。
  ·上下滚轮施有镀硬铬处理。
  ·放松装置为偏心凸轮，故放松角度可在0°~180°之范围内随意调整。

Specifications
  ·Intermittent roll feed adopting the cam driving system．
  ·Feed length is altered by changing 2 to 4 pieces of gears．
  ·The system is driven by lower roll．The upper roll is pressed by the spring.
  ·Manual change of the air valve is used to release the upper and lower rolls in case of inserting the material．
  ·Index cams are lubricated in oil bath and gear system is lubricated automatically．
  ·Upper and lower rolls are hard chrome plated．
