  热固化型纯胶(Adhesive Film)是以日本进口高耐热、高黏着力的环氧改性丙烯酸树脂黏胶所制成，厚度从0.012mm至0.075mm。在胶膜上下分别有**片离型膜保护，对于**般金属与PI等塑料膜具有优良的热贴合性质，并适用于**般的加工设备钻孔、冲制、裁切、焊锡等加工程序，可应用在软性印刷电路板的热压合、厚PI膜、SUS不锈钢板、FR4基板的黏结、软硬板及各种金属板的结合、或是各种组件的承载等，寿命长，耐候性佳，并具长期使用上的优势，是**佳的热固化型纯胶胶膜。由于是采用进口原料在**高精度涂布，所以性价比特别高，在使用上完全可以替代日系同类进口产品！

Bonding sheet is a kind of high performance epoxy-based adhesive which formulated for the requirement of anti-migration, weatherbility, flexibility, flammability, and heat resistance. Bonding sheet is especially designed to made a balance between the highest peel strength needs and easy-operating when laminating. It is an ideal adhesive material for PCB、FPC or similar application.

在常温下（温度5~20℃，湿度70%），可保持产品质量3个月

包裝Availability

标准尺寸为每支100m长，250mm或500mm宽。另可依客户需求提供其它宽幅或整卷**长500m的产品，及切张服务。
 
使用说明Handing：

1、拉开****面离型膜。
Remove the white color release paper
2、以110~140℃的温度滚压假贴在****片被贴物上。
Placing the adhesive film on the first piece of adherend and apply some pressure with a robber at a temperature between 110~140℃.
3、剥开上方的离型纸。
Remove the PET film.
4、将**二片被贴物迭置并对准后，可以采用**次成型法或快压。**次成型法：对位复合后，普通层压机中以160~180℃(表温)、60分钟，压力25~50KG/CM2  快压法：对位复合后，快压机中以160~180℃(表温)、2~3分钟，压力80~120KG/CM2
Align the second adherend on the top of the adhesive film and apply a pressure of 25~50kgf/cm2 at the temperature of 160℃ for 60 minutes
5、建议在压合后以160℃的温度熟成1小时以提高产品的信赖性。
Cue the adhesive at 160℃ for 1 hours to achieve the high reliability of adhesive
